These vivid silkscreen prints are very reminiscent of the great pochoir prints produced in France in the early 1900’s. The printing process for both types of prints is very similar. Recognized early on as a talented artist, Kimiko Kojima has also been prominent as a textile designer, producing an array of beautiful designs for fabrics and accessories of all kinds. This series of prints was completed in 1993, but the elegance they portray is time less.
