Butterfly & Insect Prints
The fascinating insect world is shown in splendid hand colored prints and lithographs from 1700 to 1850. From the early illustrations of Eleazar Albin Natural History of Insects, Jacob L'Admiral, Roesel von Rosenhof and Martinet Buffon Histoire Naturelle, to the very rare William Edwards prints Butterflies of America we find a rare array of exotic butterflies and insects.
