KAS21 $225
Shiro Kasamatsu (1894-1992) made over 50 woodblock prints for Watanabe. When fire destroyed Wantanabe's workshop during the Great Kanto earthquake of 1923, his prints were destroyed. Changing publishers to Unsodo in Kyoto, he created 102 prints. He later made about 80 prints in the Sosaku Hanga style in a wide range of subjects, with intense colors and beautiful night, animal & bird scenes.
