While our images are electronically watermarked, the antique prints themselves are not.

Gladiolus Astroroseus, G. Patens FLJ32 $55
Each print measures approximately 5 inches by 8 1/4 inches.

One of the beautiful botanical journals of the 1800s, The Florist's Journal features finely detailed engravings of garden favorites.  Each plate has vivid original hand-coloring, heightened with gum arabic.  It is a delightful, informative journal and has many wonderful articles on horticulture as it then existed, including popular species of the day.  Each print comes with a descriptive text, and we will be glad to provide other articles from the journal on request. The condition of these prints is remarkable for a work almost 150 years old. Each print measures 5" by 8 1/4".
