Noel Humphreys Ocean Gardens 1857

For those of us who love the flowers of the sea, these vibrant hand coloured lithographs are a rare treat.  The topic of the work is the science of the salt water aquarium as it was then understood  and is embellished with 12 wonderful illustrations. Each print is in excellent condition on thick, high quality paper. These prints are quite rare, as work is not often seen. Each print measures approximately 5 inches by 7 1/4 inches.
