Expressing history and culture in an ornamental style, this work has been used as a guide by Art Nouveau architects, and serves as an inspiration for artists & designers to this day. Each chromolithographed print measures approximately 11 by 15 1/2 inches on high quality paper. The condition of the prints is very nice with only a little faint foxing in the margins of just a few of the plates, as shown. The prints are very decorative, with genuine gold or silver illumination on most.
